Please find below downloadable PDF files of MCFC Board of Directors' Meetings. Every effort will be made to post these Friday afternoon, the week prior to regularly scheduled monthly board meetings. Board meetings are usually held at 7:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of the month in the village chambers. A schedule is posted on the bulletin board located in the foyer of the village office.
Members of the public wishing to make a presentation to the Board must fill out a "Delegate Presentation Form" and submit it to the General Manager no later than 1 week prior to the Board meeting.
